The staff, especially Qwin and Cortney, exemplified true hospitality by assisting with everything from airport transport to locating dinner in the heat. The hotel was easy to find off the highway and spotlessly clean, which was a relief after long working hours. The noise from the highway made it hard to sleep, and the misleading info on the website about an airport shuttle was frustrating. On the plus side, the meeting room could accommodate up to 75 people, making it suitable for larger gatherings. The 24-hour business center and laundry facilities added to the convenience for business travelers. It’s a decent choice, but some improvements are needed.
